Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production does not begin until approval, so the clock starts when you say yes, not when you first enquire.

Garments described as bamboo are, unless expressly stated otherwise on the quotation, manufactured from regenerated cellulose fibre produced from bamboo and are labelled with the applicable generic fibre name, that is rayon made from bamboo or viscose from bamboo, in accordance with textile fibre identification requirements; the full fibre content and, where the garment is a blend, the exact blend ratio, are stated on the quotation and reproduced on the garment label. Mechanically processed bamboo bast fibre is a different material with a materially different hand and is supplied only where expressly specified. No representation is made that any garment supplied is antibacterial, antimicrobial, odour-eliminating, hypoallergenic, UV-protective, flame-resistant, medical, protective or personal protective equipment, and no such claim will be printed on or applied to goods supplied. Organic, certified or sustainability claims are made only where a valid certificate is held and is available to the customer on request. Regenerated cellulose fibre has high moisture regain and absorbs moisture into the fibre rather than transporting it to the surface; any moisture-management performance is attributable to synthetic content in a blend and is described accordingly. Knit weight is stated in grams per square metre and a shrinkage allowance is stated before sizing; dimensional change within the stated allowance following laundering is a characteristic of the material and is not a defect, as is a degree of creasing in woven bamboo blends. Printing method is stated on the quotation; on dark blended garments a low-bleed underbase and a reduced cure temperature with extended dwell are applied as standard to limit dye migration, and minor variation in shade between production runs and between dye lots is a normal characteristic of textile manufacture.

Express turnaround

If you are working to an opening, a wedding or an event date, tell us the date when you request the quote. Express turnaround is available on most products and we will confirm in writing whether your date is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Orders ship from the United States by ground carrier, with transit typically running 2–5 business days depending on distance. You receive tracking as soon as the shipment leaves. Expedited air service is available on request.

Addresses and split shipments

Double-check your shipping address before approval — carriers charge to redirect a shipment in transit and we pass that cost through at cost. We can split one order across multiple locations; just tell us the breakdown when you order.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a carton arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we will open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion. You do not have to deal with the carrier yourself.
